GENERAL CONDITIONS – HOLIDAY RENTAL CURAÇAO
1. Rental Agreement
The rental agreement is concluded as soon as the landlord confirms the reservation in writing (by e-mail or message).
2. Payment
The tenant pays 50% of the total rental amount upon reservation. The remaining amount must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
3. Cancellation by tenant
✤ If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded.
✤ If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
✤ No refund will be made if canceled within 14 days before arrival.
4. Cancellation by owner
If rental is not possible due to force majeure (such as damage, natural disaster or government measure), the amount paid will be fully refunded.
5. Arrival and departure
✤ Check-in from 3:00 PM
✤ Check-out no later than 11:00 am
✤ Deviations possible in consultation.
6. Use of the accommodation
The apartment may only be used for recreational stay, with a maximum of the agreed number of people. Parties and events are not allowed.
7. Pets
Pets are allowed, provided prior notification. Tenant is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.
8. Swimming pool
Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no supervision. Parents/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at the pool.
9. Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If it appears that smoking has taken place inside, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Smoking is allowed on the terrace
10. Damage and deposit
✤ Any damage caused by the tenant or his party will be charged.
✤ If agreed, a deposit will be retained and refunded within 7 days after inspection.
11. Liability
The owner is not liable for:
✤ injury or damage occurred during the stay
✤ loss or theft of personal property
The tenant must arrange for appropriate travel and cancellation insurance.
12. Applicable law
The law of Curaçao applies to this agreement. Disputes are preferably resolved by mutual agreement.
13. Complaints and reports
Any complaints about the stay, the apartment or the facilities must be reported to the landlord as soon as possible - preferably immediately during the stay - via info@kasdimarisuth.com.
We do our best to resolve any problems as quickly as possible. Complaints that are only reported after departure can no longer be processed.
14. Internet use (Wi-Fi)
Free Wi-Fi is available during the stay for normal personal use (such as browsing, emailing and messaging). It is not allowed to download or stream illegal content via torrents or similar services. The owner is not liable for temporary disruptions, slow connections or limited coverage in certain parts of the apartment or on the terrace. The use of Wi-Fi is entirely at your own risk.
