Tenant is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 8. <\/strong>Swimming pool<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Use of the swimming pool is entirely at your own risk. There is no supervision. Parents\/guardians are fully responsible for supervising their children at the pool. <\/p>\n\n\n\n 9. <\/strong>Smoking<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If it appears that smoking has taken place inside, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Complaints that are only reported after departure can no longer be processed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n 14. <\/strong> Internet use (Wi-Fi)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Free Wi-Fi is available during the stay for normal personal use (such as browsing, emailing and messaging). It is not allowed to download or stream illegal content via torrents or similar services.
